Project Description
This mixed-tenure, housing development sits on the site of a decontaminated car breakers yard, petrol station and old garages in Newham. The new blocks step up around a central courtyard with a series of green roofs, providing good daylighting and respecting the adjacent houses in scale and privacy. The street frontage to New Barn Street is improved and a new frontage created to the existing park behind.
