Project Description
This new development provides 19 homes, four of which are social housing. There is a communal terrace on the roof of the first floor as well as private terraces and balconies to each flat. Green walls on the east and west sides house bird and bat boxes and are visible from the street and railway. The buildings are clad in a mix of stone and copper rainscreen panels. Horizontal and vertical timber louvres provide shade to the terraces with full height glazing for access. The roofs are a combination of PV panels and green roofs.
