Comprising four new residential blocks, the fourth phase of this regeneration project provides 130 homes for affordable rent and shared ownership with a combination of flats, duplexes and townhouses.
We are using volumetric off-site technology with pre-fabricated living units that are delivered to site fully fitted out with kitchens, bathrooms and internal finishes. This brings quality assurance, reduces waste, time on site and disruption to residents and improves sustainability. The installation is phased to allow the external façade to be applied in parallel with module erection to further speed up the construction process, with the first modules due to be installed this autumn.
