OV4 Modular Housing
Comprising four new residential blocks, the fourth phase of this regeneration project provides 130 homes for affordable rent and shared ownership with a combination of flats, duplexes and townhouses.
We used volumetric off-site technology with pre-fabricated living units that were delivered to site fully fitted out with kitchens, bathrooms and internal finishes. This brought quality assurance, reduced waste, time on site and disruption to residents and improved sustainability. The installation was phased to allow the external façade to be applied in parallel with module erection to further speed up the construction process.
