Fiona will be talking fees at the RIBA’s Guerilla Tactics conference on 19th November at BMA House in London.

This year’s Guerrilla Tactics is about “Positioning your Practice for a Changing Profession” and will focus on helping small and medium-sized practices respond to new opportunities: sharpen what they offer, strengthen their business approach, price and position their services confidently, and win work.
Fiona will be on a panel discussing “The fee debate: Navigating value, pricing and professional confidence” with Grace Choi and Chris Simmons – and she is looking forwards to a lively discussion!
