The London Innovation Centre is one of a series of life science projects that we are delighted to have worked on for our client, Kadans Science Partner. The project, which completed in the summer of 2023, involved the fit-out of two floors at 20 Water Street, to provide space for early-stage and growing life science, biology and pharma organisations. DMA acted as the client’s architectural technical advisor, working alongside Bulb Laboratories who led the fit-out design and build. The Innovation Centre provides flexible, fully serviced CL2 wet-laboratory space ranging from single benches to 5,000sqft units, supported by office accommodation, bookable meeting rooms and breakout and collaboration spaces.
