DMA shortlisted for a TechFest Award 2025

We’re delighted that our Central Knowledge Hub has been shortlisted again, this time for ‘Best Use of Technology: Design Efficiency’ in the TechFest Awards 2025. The Hub is an initiative that has re-organised the way that we capture information and manage workflows within the practice. Using Notion, all project-related processes, procedures, BIM objects, type detailing, deliverables and tasks are centralised and accessible through a simple search function. Our recent urban laboratory project, MAYDE, provided a good test-bed for developing the Hub. where we created a digital kit-of-parts, tailored specifically to the highly technical requirements of the project. The project team were able to call up approved systems, guidance and in-house lessons within seconds, rather than hunting through network drives or email chains.

Congratulations to everyone who has made the shortlist. The winners are to be announced on 27th November 2025 as part of the TechFest conference. See the shortlist and more details here.
