This mixed use scheme in Finchley has just started on site and includes 77 residential units for private sale, an office, a new public library and a Waitrose supermarket. Within a conservation area and adjacent to a listed building, it has involved working closely with the planners to achieve first time approvals on massing, details and materials. Work has started on the lower ground floor and the form work for the stair and lift core are being built. The project is due to complete in March 2018.
