On Thursday 17^th September, Fiona will be presenting at a workshop for Heart of the City about ‘Gaining a Competitive Edge Through Responsible Business’. The event is open to introduction year Heart of the City members and Fiona is looking forward to sharing DMA’s experience of how being a responsible business has helped us to win business and the knowledge we have gained through being part of the Heart of the City programme. She will be joined by Carol Hustler, a procurement specialist who we have worked with for the last 12 years, talking about what different types of organisations look for in the tender process. It’s becoming the norm for clients to want to work with responsible businesses who use the way they practice as a force for good and Carol will give advice on how best to translate these actions and initiatives into high tender scores and more business.
