This month’s RIBA Journal features DMA in an article that looks at how the social value that a practice offers can enhance their chances of winning work as well as being beneficial in meeting the skills shortage. It asks key questions about what social value is in our sector and crucially, how you can articulate what you are doing since it is so often non-quantifiable. It is great that this is being covered along with other initiatives like the RIBA’s new curriculum topic, ‘Architecture for Social Purpose’ and it is something that we feel strongly about at DMA.
