We’re very pleased to announce that Parsons North won the Westminster Built Environment Excellence Award at Westminster Business Council’s 2023 award ceremony last week.

Completed in April 2022, our design provides 60 new homes for Westminster City Council, of which 19 units are affordable tenure and 41 for private sale. In doing so, it restores a neighbourhood of streets and gardens, ‘knitting’ together what is already there, including an existing 22-storey residential tower, into the surrounding streetscape. Landscaping is used to define public and private, with the existing mature trees retained and new green spaces for all residents to use. The project also created added social value and improved community facilities inside and out.

The awards ceremony was a really lovely event, celebrating a wide range of businesses and initiatives across the Borough.
