As part of our commitment to social value within our community, DMA is taking part in RIBA Mentoring@Westminster, an initiative set up by the RIBA that gives undergraduate architecture students an introduction to working life within a practice.
Recently Leila and Sundas took a group of students on a site visit to see the DMA’s refurbishment of the Stirling Prize winning J.P Morgan Media Centre by Future System at Lord’s Cricket Ground as part of the mentoring programme. This was kindly hosted by Gardiner and Theobald, Project Managers for the refurbishment, and the students were really excited to see what had been done and have a first hand account of how it was achieved.
See more information about RIBA@Westminster here and more details on the refurbishment work we have done to keep the legacy of the original Media Centre going here.
