Work to convert this brick warehouse and office building into duplexes and flats in Acton has recently completed. A large section of the warehouse roof was removed to create an open courtyard at its centre, giving light-filled, dual aspect homes. The buildings have been upgraded to meet Part L of the Building Regulations, all the windows have been replaced with metal-framed windows and, wherever possible, beams and trusses have been left exposed in keeping with the industrial aesthetic.
