We’re delighted to announce that our Tileyard Quarter projects for Kadans Science Partner have been shortlisted for a New London Architecture Award in the Healthcare & Life Sciences category.

The two recently completed developments establish a new typology for innovation space in an urban, central London location, co-locating highly flexible R&D space with small-scale manufacturing uses. Located within the growing London Knowledge Quarter, the buildings have been designed to be highly adaptable, supporting the evolving needs of the UK’s innovation sector while responding sensitively to the unique, historically industrial character of this part of the London Borough of Islington.
