The team were delighted to attend the topping out ceremony of 5-10 Brandon Road, a new life-science facility in Kings Cross for our client, Kadans Science Partner.

This brand new 5-storey building will provide dedicated and flexible life-science and technology space for the needs of London’s fast growing innovation and R&D market and serve as a platform for collaboration and innovation within King’s Cross’s emerging ‘Knowledge Quarter’.

The ceremony, arranged by the project’s contractor Morgan Sindall, was an opportunity to celebrate the uppermost point of the structural frame being reached, together with Kadans and our design team partners HDR, Hoare Lea, CB3 and PSK, who we have been collaborating with on the project since 2021.

It’s exciting to be part of the project team working within this growing sector and to take opportunity to celebrate this milestone for the project. This is one of four projects that we are working on for Kadans, and it is due to complete in early 2024.
