Last month, Westminster City Council celebrated the topping out of the Parsons North Development in Little Venice. This is a key milestone in the project and the project team, headed by contractor Osborne, have worked extremely hard to overcome the challenges caused by Covid-19 and to keep the site operational and on track to be completed by 2021. We achieved planning approval for this mixed use project in 2017, and it will provide 60 new homes, including 19 affordable homes for local residents in Westminster.

As Project Architect,  Samantha Malitskie, commented,

“Although we weren’t able to attend the topping out ceremony as we usually would, it has been  exciting to see the frame completed and really good to see the progress the site team have been making, despite the challenges of Covid.”
