It was very exciting to see the scaffolding and hoarding down at Venice Court, where we have designed 60 new homes (of which 19 are affordable) for Westminster City Council, along with ground floor retail and a landscaped courtyard garden. The project is part of the first phase of the Council’s regeneration plan for the area around Edgware Road and Church Street and essentially unlocks the next phases.
