This fit out for WeWork provides office accommodation over five floors of a larger building and masterplan in Shoreditch. It is tailored to WeWork’s standards and requirements and provides various amenities such as a community bar, barista station, lounge and hot desk areas, all with bespoke furniture and fittings.

We developed the design proposal together with WeWork and the design team to coordinate and complete all the information, using BIM360 as a Common Data Environment. This allowed seamless collaboration helping to pick up design changes, avoid clashes and abortive work and helped us complete to a tight programme.
