We are delighted to report that we raised £,through our sponsored Liverpool bike ride for Claire House, a charity that provides end of life care and support for children and their families and our first Liverpool client. Our Liverpool team took part in the 2020 Virtual Liverpool-Chester-Liverpool bike ride and, since they could choose their own route, they cycled between the two hospices, Claire House Wirral and Claire House West Derby, stopping to visit a number of the Claire House shops along the way. A big thank you goes to all of the sponsors who chipped in to raise the money, which is enough to fund five full days of a specialist nurse’s time, caring for children round the clock in the hospice or at their homes. Josh Worrall, part of the fundraising team at Claire House commented,

“Congratulations!! What an achievement! The money you have raised is really going to go a long way at the moment, now more than ever as you can imagine.”

and Claire House’s Retail District manager, Andrew Garner, said,

“We were so pleased to see everyone visiting our shops whilst undertaking a fantastic fundraising experience. With our shops now open and ready to welcome back our customers it is lovely to see everyone helping to raise vital support for Claire House .”
