22-23 Tileyard has been acquired by our client, Kadans Science Partner, further expanding their life science offer in King’s Cross. DMA are appointed to adapt a consented commercial scheme to create new specialist lab space. It will be a multi-tenanted building with shared reception, meeting space and retail and, situated prominently at the corner of York Way, it will act as a gateway to the Tileyard Quarter, which is an important mixed-use neighbourhood, blending commercial and creativity.
This will be the fourth project that DMA have worked on with Kadans in this area and, together, these projects will create over 350,000 sq ft of highly flexible, purpose-built laboratory space in London’s new ‘Knowledge Quarter’.
