King’s Cross Life Science Building Approaching Completion
Our animation of 5-10 Brandon Road gives a glimpse into the design and layout of these new lab facilities that will be opening in April. It is the first of a series of five projects that we have been working on with our client, Kadans Science Partner, and it establishes the intention of Kadans to deliver an integrated campus within Tileyard.
The new building will provide specialist labs and manufacturing space, including small scale biotech/life science production facilities. DMA were appointed to adapt a previously consented commercial scheme to create dedicated and flexible life science and technology space for London’s fast growing innovation and R&D market.
