It is wonderful to see that Cosway Street, a development of 49 homes for Westminster City Council that we took on from planning and delivered last year, is being recognised with more awards. It recently won Residential Project of the Year at the London Construction Awards and Best Large Development at the Evening Standard New Homes Awards, and has now been shortlisted for Housing Project (£10-40m) in the AJ Architecture Awards, with winners due to be announced in early December. Earlier this year, it also picked up a British Homes Award and a Housing Design Award. Congratulations to the entire team!
