David Miller has been appointed to the non-executive board of SECBE Limited, the regional centre for Constructing Excellence.
SECBE is a not for profit organisation with a mission to inspire the construction industry to deliver better infrastructure and buildings in a more innovative and cost-effective way, consistently. Its business streams are founded on collaboration and include: CoTrain (a Shared Apprenticeship Scheme), CLOCS (Construction Logistics for Community Safety, Constructing Excellence Regional Partnership and the Constructing Excellence London and South East Awards.
For more than ten years the SECBE team has been helping businesses in the built environment / construction sector to improve performance and to win more work, by engaging with and supporting leaders in construction across London and the South East of England.
Derek Rees, Chief Executive of SECBE, said of David’s appointment; “When I first read David Miller Architects’ award-winning submission for the Constructing Excellence London and South East Awards for 2017, I knew that SECBE could learn a lot from such a successful leader as David Miller.
