Wildlife Trust Office Opens

We have completed another building in Cambridge, a base for The Wildlife Trust, who manage Trumpington Meadows, a new, 58 hectare country park. The building, which houses an office, store and site maintenance barn, uses the same language as the adjacent Anstey Hall Barns with a deep pitched tile roof, locally sourced bricks and black weatherboarding. It allows further plans to provide allotments, orchards and community gardens along the northern edge of the park.

Chivonne Koranteng, who developed the detail design and managed the project says,
“It was very satisfying seeing how this simple building adds to the landscape, with a few hidden details like the bat boxes within the roof space, which will hopefully be as well used as the rest of it.”
