DMA’s Inclusive Approach Wins One of Two Constructing Excellence Awards 2022!
We are very proud that DMA have won the Constructing Excellence SECBE Award for People Development. This award recognises the work that we have been doing in developing young people by providing work experience and training through our innovative Virtual Design Academy and through our community projects, nurturing and inspiring a wider range of diverse new talent.
The judges said:
“With a diverse workforce which includes 65% female and 26% staff of different ethnic backgrounds, this winner has an ethos committed to People Development throughout the business.”
This was one of two SECBE awards that we took home on the evening as our recently completed Crosfields School won Project of the Year under £10m!
