The start of January saw the completion of a large mixed-use project on a prominent site for the high street in Finchley. The development replaces a 1960s former Inland Revenue building and provides 77 flats for both private sale and rent, high quality office space, a Waitrose supermarket and a new, re-located public library at street level, bringing new life to the street as well as new employment to the area.
