We’re delighted that our project, MAYDE, an innovative lab and research facility in King’s Cross recently completed for our client, Kadans Science Partner, has been shortlisted for Best Urban Development in the Construction News and Property Week Life Sciences and Research Clusters Awards.

The scheme is the first of its type, combining manufacturing space with flexible, lettable laboratory space in an urban context. It is highly functional, whilst also being adaptable and customisable, helping to make it a sustainable model for future development that will bring leading research and local employment opportunities to this historically important industrial part of Islington.
