We are delighted to have completed this new science accommodation building for Kadans Science Partner in King’s Cross. This complex and technically sophisticated building is one of London’s first commercial purpose-built laboratory developments and provides GMP and pilot plant facilities alongside flexible lab and write-up space.

5-10 Brandon Road is the first of four buildings that DMA are working on with Kadans in the Tileyard Quarter, a newly emerging innovation district within the wider King’s Cross Knowledge Quarter. For more about the project, see here.
