Westminster Housing Façades Nearing Completion
It’s great to see the façades across Cosway, Ashbridge and Ashmill sites nearing completion, three projects that DMA have been working on that deliver and fund new affordable homes for Westminster City Council. Cosway Street (above) is a development of 49 new homes for private sale, Ashbridge Street (below) provides 26 new affordable homes with community space and Ashmill Street is two large family townhouses for social rent.
The pre-cast scalloped DfMA panels at Cosway Street by Decomo, and the traditional hand-laid brickwork on Ashbridge and Ashmill by Swift, have all been executed beautifully, helping to stitch the buildings into their settings.
