Construction is complete on the Lion Club, a new-build amateur boxing and youth club with 19 private homes above. Situated on a tight corner site in a residential area in Hoxton, this housing-led regeneration scheme secures the long term viability of the Lion Club for Young People. Floor-to-ceiling glazing visually connects the street to the club. Brick facades sedately reflect the neighbouring listed church and residential blocks, enriched with bright copper alloy shingles on the top floor and gold-toned metalwork, hinting at the vibrancy of the club and local area.
