Project summary

Turing House on Adpar Street is one of a series of affordable housing projects that DMA designed for Westminster City Council on infill sites, making use of underused car parks to provide new, high quality and much-needed homes.

Turing House provides 20 one-bedroom homes at social rent, designed specifically as community supported housing for residents aged over 60. Designed to the HAPPI (Housing our Aging Population: Panel for Innovation) principles, the scheme also features a community room and rooftop terrace, and creates a supportive, accessible living environment for older people, enhancing independence and wellbeing.
