Project summary
Part of Canary Wharf Group’s (CWG) mixed-use masterplan, Wood Wharf, this project adapts two floors of a new commercial building into incubator labs for start-ups with the option to migrate to larger spaces as they grow. It the first phase of a Joint Venture Partnership between Kadans and Canary Wharf Group to create a new life science hub in this part of London. The accommodation also includes shared functions and services, collaboration spaces and meeting rooms to complement the lab modules.
