We’re delighted that our recently completed lab and research facility, MAYDE, for Kadans Science Partner, has been shortlisted as Best Commercial Property in the British Construction & Infrastructure Awards 2025.

This innovative scheme is the first of its type, combining manufacturing space with flexible, lettable laboratory space in a city centre location. It is highly functional, whilst also being adaptable and customisable, helping to make it a sustainable model for future development that will bring leading research and local employment opportunities to this historically important industrial area.
