We’re delighted to share the news that MAYDE, our cutting-edge lab and research facility in King’s Cross’s Tileyard Quarter, has won Best New Urban Development at the Construction News and Property Week Life Sciences & Research Clusters Awards 2025!

Designed and delivered for our client, Kadans Science Partner, MAYDE sets a new benchmark for urban Life Science space — combining technical excellence, adaptability, and community value in a dense city context.
