DMA

This project was part of a larger development containing other co-working WeWork offices. The fit out was for WeWork’s end client, Amazon, and was part of WeWork’s Enterprise projects, designed for a specific client.

DMA developed designs to a two-stage brief, firstly to provide Amazon with a collaborative working space that included a series of private meeting spaces, flexible seating and social areas as well as incorporating the flexibility to be converted to a classic WeWork workspace at a later date. We translated the design concept into compliant and high-quality office spaces, re-planning spaces to comply with the local Irish regulations as well as input from the fire and acoustics consultants. Timber was used in different ways to maintain continuity from door to desk and to achieve the client’s ambition of creating a warm and welcoming space. The open plan layout of the office was then subdivided into areas of activity by utilising materials, furniture and fittings in different configurations.
