Project summary
LABS is an international co-working company which provides customisable workspaces for people and companies of varying sizes. This was a two-phase project – the first phase was the delivery of CAT A office space for an external client, and CAT B offices for LABS, along with WCs and communal corridors on the Ground Floor of an existing 8-storey glazed-fronted office building. The second phase involved the design of a shared gym space, showers and changing rooms on the Lower Ground Floor.
